[FASHION] Spring/Summer 2013 Color Trends + Spring/Summer 2013 Collections

Among the four seasons, I love spring and summer so much because they manifest various atmospheres of warmth and bliss. These seasons show the bright sides of life as both of them symbolize rebirth of each one of the living creations upon the earth. Also, they represent hope for us that even though we face such problems, there lies different ways for us to solve them. Speaking of spring and summer, I would like to share you some of my fashion obsessions and in this post, I'm gonna share about the Spring/Summer 2013 color trends plus some of my favorite Spring/Summer 2013 Collections from famous international fashion designers. So, let's begin!

As you can see above, most of the colors that will be trending next year appear to be pastel colors which are my favorite colors! What I love about these colors are they look very soft, dainty and light as they are pleasing to the eyes. Also, some of them are filled with tints and bright hues.

These S/S 2013 collections in this post are from Vogue. As I've made several sights there, I've chosen my best picks so below are some of the collections that I love so far.

Alexander McQueen's collection shows femininity and elegance. It's very polished and possesses the classic type with some touches of glam all around it. Some of them also manifest strong points like showing a masculine side. I like how the outfits look structured and organized.

ALICE by Temperley shows a sugary sweet style as all of the dresses are very girly and cute. I love the lace and bow details on some of them! Also, I like the colors used to them.

Chanel's collection shows whimsical and playful sides as most of the pieces are like those dresses a princess would like to wear. I love to wear dresses like these so madly!

Karen Walker's collection shows calm and peaceful atmospheres as these pieces look very comfortable to wear along the beach or when someone would have a summer vacation in a resort. It's very clean and cool to look into. I love the blue hats with polka dots on them!

Lastly, Valentino's collection shows charm and sophistication. Also, the pieces in this collection have structured details and very chic. I love the collars used in some of the dresses here.

So, that's it for today! I'm so excited for tomorrow because it will be my first time attending in an international multimedia arts conference which is no other than Graphika Manila 2012!
