Stupid Hearts-A Sisterhood Created During My High School Days

STUPID HEARTS.

Well, we just came up with that name randomly for our sisterhood which is consists of me, and these crazy but loving girls named Crizza, Jam, and Kat. Actually, we've been together since in our first year but without Crizza that time because yes, we happened to be schoolmates but we were not yet classmates and friends there (she appeared to be in the top section while we're simply next to it). We only met her as we stepped our way to our junior year as she transferred to our school again (in our second year,she transferred to a different school somewhere in Montalban, Rizal).

We've become close to each other because of our fondness in Japanese animes, Korean dramas then to several things we have in common like being idiot sometimes and acting childish in some ways. Also, we often agree to some ideas very much. Yes, we all have similarities and as well as differences, of course. Despite of those differences, we can get along to each other. Moreover, like every best friends in the world have, we also had several misunderstandings and fights too. And yes, in every conflicts happened to us, we always think many ways to solve them right away even though it's hard. When our arguments are over, it's a big accomplishment to us for being one as a whole in unity again.

Hmm...The truth is there's a story behind our group name. It's funny because we just derived it from a South Korean TV Drama entitled, "Heartstrings" (lit. You've Fallen For Me). 

Yes, I featured it on my post last April which was all about things that I'm into last summer and it appears to be 8th on my list. We are very addicted on this K-Drama as I remember the times we spent watching it together with our teacher and other classmates during our vacant time at the Math Department in our school. More than that, there was a time that I and Crizza went to several shops only to buy a DVD of this K-Drama for us to watch it with the other girls at my home. Well, our real purpose that day was to finish our research paper for our English class but instead, we ended up watching Heartstrings in our hearts' content while eating mac and cheese with milk caramel banana fritters that I and Crizza made.

Furthermore, we thought of making a group name because of...we just really want and like to have one like some of our classmates have as well. 




So, the name, "Stupid Hearts" came from:


STUPID <---- It's from name of a boy band which is "The Stupid" as Lee Shin who played by Jung Yong Hwa being the vocalist and guitarist of it.


HEARTS <---- It's from the name of the drama itself and yes, without the "strings" err.. I mean...the "strings" without the "s-". =)))


And there's also some reasons why we concluded to have it as our group name but sadly, those reasons were secrets that each one of us only knows. 




That's why as we've graduated from high school, we're very teary-eyed and heavy-spirited because we will be separated to each other for so long as we are going to college. Right now, I really miss them so much with other classmates we had. I will definitely miss the days we were very naughty and out-of-our-minds doing lots of insane stuffs. I will gonna miss the laughter and smiles we had. As well as the sentimental and sorrowful moments together. All of them. 


Nevertheless, there was a time that we decided to get together again after our classes as we reunited for a couple of months we've been away from each other. It was Monday, last June 25. It was a rainy day as we went together to 7-Eleven  not just to eat but especially to know and to talk about our lives as freshmen in college.

It's very fun and exciting just seeing each other's faces! We spent around 4 hours just to be together again for a while. We're in bliss so much. I miss chatting and laughing with them again. Because of them, I'm inspired to make things better than before as they are encouraging me to fulfill my goals in life. I'm very blessed and thankful to have them in my life-not just being best friends but being sisters too!
